Returns & Exchanges

At Officine Générale, we strive for complete satisfaction with your purchase; however, if you are not entirely satisfied, you may return or exchange your items within 14 days of receipt. All returned garments must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all designer tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your customer account or visit our returns portal to select the items you wish to send back and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging and include the printed return form inside the box to ensure efficient processing at our warehouse.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Attach the pre-paid shipping label provided in your original order or via the portal to the outside of the package, ensuring no previous tracking labels are visible.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Deliver your package to the nearest authorized carrier drop-off point and retain your receipt for tracking; your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days of arrival.
